At the Health and Medical Care Unit, we have gathered all licensed personnel working in care and nursing in Järfälla Municipality. At the Health and Medical Care Unit, we are a wonderful team of nurses, rehabilitation staff, administrators, and managers. We have close collaboration to ensure professional and person-centered care of the highest level. As a nurse, you are employed by the health and medical care unit but placed out in our operations. In the municipality, we have eight care and nursing homes spread across Barkarbystaden, Viksjö, Jakobsberg, and Kallhäll, where we work together to tackle today's and future challenges in healthcare! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse, you will perform standard tasks such as medication management, advising care staff, etc. You will have contact with doctors and other healthcare providers. You will document in the municipality's data journal system Lifecare HSL and follow the laws and guidelines that exist in the operations. You should be able to organize and prioritize your work independently and effectively. You create good relationships and have a professional approach as the job involves many contacts. You have a drive and ability to make decisions while being unpretentious and collaborating with enthusiasm and participation. The schedule includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

You enter the operations with a calm and professional demeanor and support care colleagues to reach the safest assessment for the patient. You take action, inform, and document. You are committed to creating a good working environment and come up with suggestions on how the operations can develop. The summer schedule is set between June-August, and you need to be able to work at least 6 weeks during this period. Introduction will take place continuously before the summer, and we would like you to start working as a substitute before the summer begins to get familiar with the operations, if possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be a licensed nurse with at least 18 months of professional experience.

Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have further education and/or work experience in emergency work, geriatrics, psychiatry, ASIH, home healthcare, or similar. We see it as a plus if you have experience with Procapita or LifeCare HSL.

We place great importance on the right personality. You need to have a world-class approach, with a pleasant tone and a professional manner towards patients, colleagues, and relatives. Being flexible, able to work independently, and feeling secure in prioritizing are important qualities.
