Working hours and employment rate: As a nursing assistant with us, you will work on a rolling four-week schedule, day, evening, and with shifts every other weekend. What is a bit special about this position is that we are looking for someone who wants to take on the role of planning responsible. Being planning responsible means that you have an interest in leading others. You are the one who ensures that there is order and cleanliness, that routines are followed, and that there is a safe and pleasant work environment on "your" floor. You work as a nursing assistant in care, but instead of having a contact person, you have planning responsibility. Employment rate 80%.

Salary: Salary is based on agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately.

Job description

As a nursing assistant at Humana Norrtälje Hamn, you will have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and implement weekly planning, manage medications, plan activities, and in this position also have planning responsibility. You will document and manage any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with HS staff such as SSK, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.

Examples of tasks:

• Planning responsible and thus responsible for weekly planning, checking adherence to routines, participating in quality councils and other meetings. Ensure that the contact person system works, as well as act as a contact between relatives, staff, and management.

• Receive delegation of medications and insulin from SSK

• Carry out activities with residents

• Manage documents, document, and handle deviations

Who are you?

We are looking for a team player – a responsible person who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the whole picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are used to documentation and work with quality as a guiding principle. Experience in person-centered work is an advantage, and in this role, it is especially important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant

• Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care or home care

• Experience working with people with dementia

• Experience in operations run in private management
