We are looking for a new team member at Sickla Hälsocenter, a healthcare center focused on the patient.

We are close to the residents and offer you the opportunity to work in a place with good relationships and a strong team spirit. We are a workplace that aims to move forward and actively works to develop our operations.

Sickla Hälsocenter is a well-established clinic that has been in operation since 2003 and has around 30 employees. We are located in Curanten, a newly built facility for healthcare and wellness at Sickla shopping area. There are restaurants, grocery stores, and excellent transportation options right outside the door.

Responsibilities

In home healthcare, you will work together with colleagues for the clinic's registered patients in home care. As a nursing assistant, you will perform basic medical care for patients, such as medication management, wound dressing, sampling, etc.

The work is stimulating and developing with a high degree of participation and responsibility.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with experience in home healthcare. You are meticulous, quick, and efficient, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. You have good patient care skills and enjoy providing excellent service. You take initiative, are responsible, and have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

As a person, you are empathetic, committed, and competent. You are flexible, accustomed to a fast pace, and able to take your own initiative and responsibility regarding both your work, patients, and the organization. You are skilled at prioritizing and have very good collaboration skills; knowledge of the Take Care system is an advantage.

Conditions

The position is a summer temporary job, and the working hours can be discussed. Start date according to agreement. We have a collective agreement. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
