Allegio Omsorg is a family care company that wants to make a difference. Today, we have over 3000 customers from Borås in the south to Östersund in the north who have chosen us as their provider. We offer care, support, and services through assistance decisions or as RUT services.

Currently, we have over 1000 employees at Allegio Omsorg. We are nursing assistants, caregivers, planning leaders, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and cleaners, among others. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – therefore, we have a high level of education among our staff, with a special focus on dementia and palliative care. We are constantly working on development in our operations and quality assurance through, among other things, self-checks.

Your personality is of great importance. Your tasks will be the usual duties within the role of a nurse/district nurse in home healthcare. The team also includes occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, as well as nursing assistants and caregivers. You will work with other team members around your customers and collaborate with relevant agencies for your customers.

An important part of the job is to develop your professional role and collaboration with other professions together with the rest of the home healthcare team. This aims to maintain the highest possible patient safety and quality in our health and medical care efforts.

The working hours are mainly weekdays during the day, but also occasional weekends when the operation needs to be staffed according to the agreement with Norrtälje Municipality.
