About the role
As a nurse at Optifit Health, you play a central role in the patient's care journey. You work closely with our doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, safe, and individualized treatment. The position is full-time and located at our centrally located office in Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:

• Assess and support patients through their treatment plan
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Administer and inform patients about medical treatments according to clinical guidelines

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Nursing license issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Good experience working as a nurse
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• A professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach

Desirable experiences:

• Experience in primary care, outpatient care, or digital healthcare
• Experience in diabetes care or working as a diabetes nurse
• Patient contact via video and chat
• Experience in digital record-keeping and medical documentation
• Management experience or another leadership role
