Substitute Worker in Care and Support

As a substitute worker in our staffing, you control how much you want and can work. We staff all our operations within Elderly and Disability Care, around the clock. Several of our operations have recently expanded to meet a growing need. We have operations in home care, nursing homes, dementia teams, alarm and night patrol, group homes (LSS and social psychiatry), day activities, and short-term accommodation. The needs in our operations vary, and we do our utmost to ensure that you are placed in an operation that matches your skills and profile as well as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of substitute worker, your tasks involve taking care of our citizens and providing the best care and support.

Some of your tasks include:

  • Cleaning and cooking
  • Assisting with hygiene such as showering and toilet visits
  • Assisting with transfers
  • Documenting
  • Being a social companion and supporting the user

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Trained nursing assistant or other education deemed equivalent by the employer, or at least one year of experience in healthcare.
  • Good spoken and written Swedish
  • Computer skills

Some of our operations also require that you have:

  • A valid driver's license and experience driving a car
  • Can ride a bike

It is also an advantage if you are multilingual, as we have users who speak different languages and good communication is important. But the most important thing is that you, as a substitute worker, are adaptable and have the right personal suitability for the position.
