In addition to G3, which you will belong to, the department includes a staff department (G0), training/exercise department (G7), and information department (G9). You should be able to represent A 8 as well as the Armed Forces during national and international visits with integrity and proper personal conduct. You should have good argumentative skills based on a correct fact-based background and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This requires you to be methodical and organized in your work approach.
You thrive in a varied work environment. Much of the work is carried out together with colleagues as many tasks involve more than one department, DUC, or even unit.
