About the position at Werksta Sollefteå – Parts Advisor

Do you want to work as a parts advisor in Sollefteå? Werksta is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented person to join our workshop team for authorized brands such as Mercedes and Toyota. • Receiving and handling parts inquiries from the workshop and customers for Mercedes and Toyota.

• Searching for and ordering the right parts in the system and following up on deliveries.

• Keeping inventory balances updated and contributing to effective inventory management and stocktaking.

• Providing technical advice to workshop staff and customers regarding compatibility and alternatives.

• Collaborating with suppliers and logistics to ensure fast and accurate deliveries.

• Documenting orders and transactions in our digital systems and handling returns and complaints.

• Participating in improvement work regarding processes, work environment, and customer service.

• Experience in parts management, warehouse work, or technical customer service is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Mercedes and Toyota and their parts systems is an advantage.

• Good technical understanding and willingness to learn about vehicle-related systems and product data.

• Service-oriented, structured, and meticulous in your work.

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work independently and in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Driving license B is an advantage.
