Your mission with usWe are now looking for a driven and committed Customer Service Assistant to join our team! Your main tasks will be to provide personal service to our tenants via phone, email, and our other digital channels. You will welcome and take care of both our tenants and our employees. You will find ways to resolve their issues, either through your own knowledge or by directing them to the right department. As you excel in service, the work will be enjoyable and developing for you while the customer feels welcomed and at home in their contact with us at Uppsalahem. If you enjoy being part of a tight team and working on continuous improvements, we believe you will appreciate this role.
The Customer Center is a central department for Uppsalahem responsible for communication with tenants through both phone, digital channels, and Uppsalahem's reception. The Customer Center also provides several internal support services through the Office Service function.
Who are you?To succeed in this role, you have a strong personal commitment and are curious about people. You thrive on change and development, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work when needed.
have completed secondary education.
have previous experience in customer service work with high volumes over the phone and email, as well as good administrative skills.
have experience with case-managed work based on high volumes.
have good experience working in CRM systems.
express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you master additional languages, this is an advantage.
have good computer skills and basic knowledge of Office 365.
