We at Handla Bil are looking for a business-driven salesperson to join our team in Uppsala!

About the position

We are looking for a business-driven salesperson who wants to create results through good communication and strong customer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process – from the first contact with the customer to closing the deal and delivering the car.

You will work with consultative sales where your ability to build trust, understand the customer's needs, and guide the customer to the right car is crucial for success. The role involves both face-to-face meetings and contact via phone and digital channels.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, relationship-building, and at the same time results-oriented, with a clear desire to make deals and achieve set goals. This role suits you if you enjoy taking responsibility, working independently as well as in a team, and are driven by creating satisfied customers and long-term relationships.

You will succeed in the role when you:

  • Actively reach out to and follow up with customers from leads and the store
  • Conduct the entire sales process from needs analysis to closing
  • Create trust through professional advice and good service
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Work systematically towards set goals and results

Qualifications and desirable experiences:

  • Have a strong interest in sales and business
  • Are communicative and express yourself fluently in speech and writing in Swedish (English is a plus)
  • Are results-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals
  • Have a natural ability to build trust and relationships
  • Have experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not a requirement

Information about the employment:

Scope: Full-time, with varying working hours between 09:00–18:00 on weekdays and 10:00–15:00 on weekends

Probationary period: 6 months

Salary: Fixed salary + commission-based compensation

Location: Uppsala, Fullerö
