Engaged and Service-Minded Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are now looking for an engaged and service-minded customer service representative to join our team! With us, you will be part of a workplace where we help our customers every day with everything from simple questions to more technical inquiries.

About the Role:

As a customer service representative with us, you will primarily handle incoming calls from our mobile customers. You will be their first point of contact and assist them with, for example:

  • Billing inquiries
  • Subscription issues
  • General support regarding mobile telephony
  • Other questions related to our services

We value a solution-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in providing our customers with the best possible service.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Speaks fluent Swedish
  • Is service-minded and enjoys talking to people
  • Has a good understanding of mobile phones and everyday technology
  • Is responsible, reliable, and has a long-term mindset
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team

We have no requirements for previous education or experience - your attitude and willingness to learn are the most important to us.
