Mission

Toftaängen is a special accommodation with 49 places and a short-term operation distributed across five departments.

We offer you as a nursing assistant at Toftaängen a varied and exciting job. You are the one who works closest to the user, and your main focus is to provide person-centered care to the user and support to their relatives. A good reception towards everyone in our operation should be of the highest priority. In addition to lighter medical tasks, service tasks such as cleaning and laundry are also included.

You will belong to an engaged workgroup where you are important for the group's and the operation's development. As a nursing assistant, you collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, a work characterized by a rehabilitative approach. Within Svedala municipality, competence development is important, and based on needs, you will be offered further education.

Competence

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Experience from working in special accommodations and night shifts is an advantage. You have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, as the profession's area of responsibility requires documentation. If you have previous experience with Lifecare, BPSD, and senior alert, we see it as an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you should have a genuine interest in people and a strong sense of good care. You are responsible and have an easy time working independently while also having good collaboration with colleagues, users, relatives, and managers. We welcome new ideas and thoughts for our operation.

Working Hours/Duration

Full-time employment with the possibility of part-time work.

Start date according to agreement.
