Do you want to work closely with patients, in an engaged team, while also helping to build a forward-looking organization? Then this could be the position for you!
The hospital in Ystad is an emergency hospital operating around the clock with a broad mission in both emergency and planned care. As a medium-sized hospital, we offer short decision-making paths, good collaboration between professions, and the opportunity to participate in organizational development.
The neurological care is conducted within the emergency and medicine department. Here, patients with neurological diseases and conditions are cared for, often with complex care and nursing needs. The operation will build on safety and development, with a clear goal of creating stable care flows and eventually a self-sufficient stroke unit.
We work in teams and place great importance on structure, continuity, and person-centered care. A safe and trust-based leadership forms the foundation of our daily work.

- sampling, EKG, and nursing-related medical technical tasks
- preventive measures and rehabilitative support
- supporting patient participation and safety during their care

We offer a work schedule adapted to the organization with work two weekends out of five.
