Are you a district nurse or nurse ready for a new challenge?

The Health Medical Center in Löddeköpinge is part of the HMC group, which operates health centers, child health centers, maternal health care, and occupational health care in Hjärup, Lomma, Bjärred, Landskrona, Arlöv, Malmö, and Staffanstorp.

In the autumn of 2023, we opened a new health center, HMC Löddeköpinge. The facility is located at Center Syd, one of Skåne's most dynamic shopping places. This initiative has given us the opportunity to create something entirely new in fresh, bright, and modern premises. Here, we want to develop the future of primary care, preferably together with the right candidate. Part of this is to become a natural part of the local community, where we are close to associations, businesses, and residents in the area.

We work according to the HMC model, which means that some of our cornerstones are that we work closely together in real-time, that we have a non-judgmental approach to our patients and colleagues, that we are responsive to current evidence/recommendations, and that we actively work with behavior change for sustainable lifestyles.

We value good service where we always have the patient's best interest in focus. With us, you will be part of a competent interdisciplinary team that enjoys working together and collectively strives to provide our patients with the conditions for good health.

Our goal is to become a dynamic care hub, and next to our premises, there are child health centers, midwifery clinics, and dentists. Starting March 1, the child health center, midwifery clinic, and Kävlinge municipality will open a family center on the same floor as the health center.

About the position

The position involves standard duties for a district nurse or nurse within primary care, including telephone advice, outpatient work, and vaccinations. You will work both independently and in a team with other staff categories at the health center. Since September 1, we have had a very appreciated and well-functioning open clinic (drop-in) whose goal is to increase accessibility to care for our patients.

We offer a dynamic workplace, experienced colleagues, short decision-making paths, and where you as an employee have the opportunity to influence your own work. You will receive an individually tailored introduction. We are open to trying new ideas and working methods and are committed to our employees' professional development.

All our employees are covered by collective agreements.

About you

We are looking for a licensed district nurse or nurse with extensive experience, preferably with a few years of experience in primary care. We believe that you are an engaged person who is passionate about primary care and has a desire to develop yourself and our operations. It is an advantage if you have expertise primarily in asthma/COPD or diabetes.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and thrive in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good working climate. We would like you to have good experience with documentation in the PMO journal system.

Personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team are of utmost importance.
