JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you an engaged nurse who enjoys learning new things and has a genuine interest in people? Then we think you should apply to us!

As a nurse in the care administration, you will plan and lead the nursing work within your area of responsibility based on established goals and guidelines. You will meet our care recipients in both ordinary and special housing, and there are good opportunities to gain experience in various areas such as advanced home healthcare, palliative care, psychiatry, and dementia care.

Your tasks include nursing, assessments, and documentation of health and medical issues. You will mentor staff and be an important part of the collaboration with relatives, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, case managers, unit managers, and external contacts such as healthcare regions, private care providers, and doctors. You have great opportunities to plan, organize, and structure your day.

Currently, there are positions available in:

• Care function and psychiatry
• Special housing
• Home healthcare in ordinary housing

We offer permanent employment in the department, with shorter or longer placements in one of our units within the organization.

We design an individual introduction program with the possibility of extensive shadowing, all tailored to your experience and to strengthen you in your profession.

Your working hours will primarily be during the day, with weekend duties included. We want you to have a good working environment with favorable working and salary conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or graduating this summer. You have computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. To work with us, you need to have a driver's license.

You should be able to educate and mentor the nursing staff in a pedagogical manner and collaborate with other professionals around our care recipients.

You should have the ability to create and maintain good relationships with all our care recipients, relatives, and colleagues.

Before a potential employment, we will:

• Request an extract from the criminal record for verification of personal data in the criminal record/individual (442.3) according to § 9 1st. The request for an extract can be made via the police's website.
• Check a valid passport or work permit.
• Conduct registry checks with IVO and HOSP.
