Sjöriket is now looking for additional nursing assistants for weekend shifts!

Sjöriket is a well-established home care and home service provider with modern facilities in central Ljungby. We provide services in Ljungby town, Lagan and surrounding areas, Ryssby/Agunnaryd, and Angelstad/Annerstad. Here, nearly a hundred employees have their workplace, and what we all have in common is that we love our job and are proud to be 'Sjörikare'.

Your responsibilities

We care for the individual citizen who needs support, and based on the approved assistance, we tailor and plan together so that the services facilitate daily life. We want to be the obvious choice for both customers and employees. Our services should contribute to increased well-being and a good quality of life. Customers who wish to complement their assessed home care can purchase additional services from us.

Our basic requirements

· We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have experience working in elderly care,

· You have or have applied for a protected professional title,

· You have a B driver's license,

· You master Swedish in speech and writing.

Our setup

We offer a well-thought-out introduction and appoint a mentor you can turn to with questions and concerns. We have generous wellness grants and activities, such as free membership for gym and group training at Workout in Ljungby, group training at Träna, swimming, as well as wellness grants paid out twice a year, and we also organize various health-promoting and community activities.

With us, you are close to your manager. All group rooms and offices are located in the same corridor! We of course have a collective agreement so that you can feel secure in your employment. The position is a weekend job, which means work from Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday. The full-time measure is 27 hours/week. The degree of employment can be discussed between 75-100%.

The position is a permanent position that begins with a six-month probationary period. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and may make decisions before the application deadline, so do not wait to apply!
