About the Position

We are now looking for a Validation Engineer for an exciting and complex assignment with one of QRIOS Life Sciences partners. This is the initial assignment as a consultant at QRIOS, where you will be a key player in an international transfer project with multiple production and validation sites globally.

As a consultant at QRIOS, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology and quality, build broad experience, and develop further through new assignments over time. QRIOS operates throughout the Mälardalen region (from Södertälje to Uppsala), Gothenburg, and Skåne – and we always take into account where you as a consultant want to work. Assignments are typically geographically concentrated and do not expect commuting across the country.

Start: as soon as possible
Assignment length: initially until 2026-12-31, with good potential for extension
Scope: full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: Uppsala (SE) with collaboration towards Muskegon (US)
Number of positions: 1
Travel: yes, at least 3 times a year

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with Validation Leaders and other Validation Engineers in the areas of CQV, CSV, PV, and CV. The assignment is characterized by international collaboration and knowledge transfer between Sweden and the USA.

Installation and validation of equipment (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ)
Main responsibility for water qualification and validation – IQ/OQ of water systems, PQ for water
Writing validation plans and reports
Reviewing validation documentation
Knowledge transfer and training of colleagues on-site in the USA
Active participation in a large, cross-functional, and global project team

Who Are You?

You have experience in validation work within Life Science and thrive in a role where collaboration, communication, and structure are crucial for success.

Experience in validation within CQV and GDP
Experience in validating water systems is a plus
Previous work in Veeva is an advantage
Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
