Technical Coordinator
– a key role for those who want to combine technology, structure, and societal benefit
Do you want to work in a technically complex organization where your ability to create order, drive processes, and ensure delivery truly makes a difference?
As a Technical Coordinator with us at the Logistics Unit in Enköping, you will play a central role in one of Sweden's most socially important organizations – where technology, accessibility, and quality are crucial every day.
This role is suitable for you who currently work in industry, production, technical management, service, maintenance, logistics, or technical administration – and who want to take the next step in a stable organization with a long-term focus.
About the role
Together with your colleague in our team, you will work as a Technical Coordinator where you are jointly responsible for ensuring that technical materials are operational, documented, and available. The role acts as the hub between technology, systems, workshop, and operations, ensuring that maintenance and service processes are planned, followed up, and executed according to plan.
You will work both administratively and operationally:
- with system support, analysis, documentation – but also through physical follow-ups and status checks of materials. Your daily work is characterized by structure, prioritization, and coordination, ensuring that the right actions are taken at the right time and that decision-making materials are of high quality.
The role involves close collaboration with the technical officer and other technical functions, where you contribute with oversight, analysis, and follow-up – both in daily work and in more long-term planning. The focus is on planning, follow-up, structure, and delivery reliability – not on construction or operational screwing.
In short:
you are the one who makes technical flows work – in practice.
Your profile
You are structured, analytical, and thrive in roles where order, quality, and follow-up are crucial. You easily see connections, create oversight, and take responsibility for driving matters to completion.
At the same time, you are communicative and collaborate effortlessly with various functions – technicians, managers, workshop, and external parties. You are self-driven, meticulous, and have a natural sense of quality, traceability, and technical discipline.
Your main tasks
- Plan, update, and follow up maintenance and service plans
- Ensure correct and current material status in technical systems
- Handle fault reports, technical orders, and technical documentation
- Coordinate workshop matters, service efforts, and maintenance actions
- Conduct material checks and physical status follow-ups
- Produce analyses, reports, and decision-making materials
- Ensure structure, traceability, and quality in technical processes
- A driver's license (B) is required.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least a 3-year technical high school education
- Experience from technical/industrial operations, for example: maintenance, service, production, logistics, or technical administration
- Experience working in technical or administrative systems
- Experience in material follow-up, service planning, or fault handling
- Good understanding of technical documentation, regulations, and processes
- Very good knowledge of Office
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
