This is what we offer you

In Bålsta, we are building a logistics center and an organization at Dagab that will be unique in its kind. The facility will be highly automated and designed to deliver food and other goods to approximately 10 million people, through supply to stores or e-commerce. To succeed in this, we need you! The Bålsta logistics center was put into operation in 2023 and is still in an exciting phase where the organization and the people building the business are central to our success. We are now looking for a property caretaker for our property department.

This is what you will work with

As a property caretaker, you will be part of our operational service team at Dagab with a shared responsibility to ensure the best service to the various departments at our logistics center.

As a property caretaker, you will be responsible for:

• Independently performing most technical work related to supervision, maintenance, preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance.

• Maintaining communication with subcontractors and following up on any situations.

• Conducting functional tests, troubleshooting, and minor repairs. An asset if you can work with maintenance of ventilation, plumbing, and construction.

• Contacts with contractors and suppliers.

• Following up on the implementation of ordered work.

This is what we expect from you

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team and has the ability to spread positive energy to your colleagues. You have previous high school or post-secondary education in property technology or equivalent and you:

• Have experience working as a property caretaker or with similar tasks.

• Are a skilled problem solver.

• Have good Swedish in speech and writing.

• Have a B driver's license (requirement).

• Previous experience working with refrigeration systems and electrical competence is advantageous.

• Are service- and team-oriented and collaborate well with customers and colleagues.

• Are social, driven, and motivated to deliver as agreed.

• Are flexible to help where needed.

Scope: Permanent employment at 100% starting with a 6-month probationary period.
