Skolfastigheter has a large project portfolio where we will build and maintain for over 1 billion SEK per year for several years to come.

Your mission

As a facility technician, you will be part of the operations unit and work closely with property managers and technical managers. You will have daily contact with our customers and contractors and participate in the work of developing customer care and service. On-call duty may also be part of the role.

Your work primarily involves:

• supervision and maintenance of our properties' technical installations
• energy optimization of our properties
• function checks of our facilities
• preventive work in our properties
• addressing reported issues.

Your background

We are looking for someone with education in property management and experience working as a facility technician. The job requires good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You also need a B driver's license, good computer skills, and knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Experience with property systems is an advantage.

If you have a professional certificate, it is seen as a positive. We would also like you to have specialist competence in HVAC, ventilation, electricity, or control systems. Local knowledge of Uppsala and surrounding areas is also advantageous.

As a person, you are service-oriented, calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the ability to see the big picture and view issues from a broader perspective. Furthermore, you take initiative and start activities to achieve results. The job suits you if you are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work. Last but not least, you have good collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner.
