About the Assignment

Emplicure Consumer AB is a Uppsala-based company that manufactures and develops nicotine pouches, i.e., "white snus". They are now looking for a responsible and methodical laboratory operator for their product development team. The role is operational and involves working with simpler laboratory tasks such as sample preparation, sample analysis, and small-scale manufacturing. The position is suitable for those who enjoy practical work and value structure and quality.

Previous experience in a laboratory is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are willing to learn, and can work methodically according to given instructions.

Tasks may include:

• Handling and processing of samples
• Operation of analytical equipment and small-scale production equipment
• Performing routine tasks according to work instructions
• Documentation of results

Description of main daily tasks:

• Planning and execution of stability studies.
• Supporting product development with small-scale production of nicotine pouches, which includes mixing, filling pouches, and analysis.

The assignment starts with us at Adecco for six months, with good opportunities for takeover and continued employment with the client. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Mon-Fri. Start: immediately.

About You

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and quality-conscious. You have a good sense of responsibility and enjoy practical work. You can work both independently and in a team, find it easy to follow instructions, and like to take your own initiatives.

Desirable but not required:

• Experience from a laboratory, production, or technical environment
• Familiarity with working according to routines, instructions, or quality standards
• Basic computer skills
