We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous work experience in field sales to private individuals and feels it is time for the next step in their career.
  • Documented results from previous field sales.
  • Driver's license (B).
  • Documented leadership experience, but most importantly, you possess the right leadership qualities.
  • A drive to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Manager, you will coach, support, and follow up on the team's field salespeople. Your task will be to ensure that both the team and individuals develop and perform at a high level. The position also includes planning, reporting, and budget responsibility. This is an operational role where you are expected to be involved in selling and lead by example.
