ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Lidköping. The position starts as a temporary part-time job, with good opportunities to transition to a permanent part-time or full-time position.

We are also looking for someone who wants to work awake night shifts at about 80%.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• 03:00 PM - 09:00 PM

• 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM (awake night)

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an active girl in her 20s living in Lidköping. She has tuberous sclerosis which means she experiences severe epilepsy, autism, and intellectual disabilities. She can manage a lot on her own but needs support in several tasks throughout the day. She can move around independently but requires a safe and present assistant who is there when needed. Your role will be to provide her with support in her daily life – both practically and socially, as her mental development level corresponds to that of a 1.5–2-year-old. Furthermore, she enjoys baking, having coffee, going to playgrounds, visiting the swimming pool, and dining out – therefore, we are looking for someone who is happy to join her in activities and help create a meaningful and fun everyday life.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Swim competent and tolerant of chlorine

• Experience in care

Employment rate: Temporary position with the possibility of full-time or about 80% awake night

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
