We are looking for a specialist physician in general medicine for Achima Care Sala!Do you want to develop with us?

Achima Care's health center in Sala is a pleasant and well-established clinic located in central Sala, with easy access to nearby major cities such as Västerås, Uppsala, and Stockholm. The health center is a well-functioning operation with approximately 9,700 registered patients and 30 employees. We work preventively with health care. Where job satisfaction, high competence, and safety are important, always with the patient in focus. Here you will be part of the team and help develop our operations. We have specialist-trained nurses with clinics in asthma/COPD, hypertension, dementia, and diabetes. We have a memory team and coordinating nurses. There is access to physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, psychotherapists, and dietitians. We also have a child health care center (BVC). At the health center, we work in a team-based manner, which promotes collaboration between staff groups and provides opportunities for knowledge exchange and continuity. We work person-centered and see the whole patient.

As a general specialist, you will work with varied tasks including planned and acute outpatient work and have diverse responsibilities in close collaboration with other professionals at the health center. You will also be part of a working team where we work in a multiprofessional manner. As a specialist in general medicine, you will supervise junior doctors. If there is a specific area in primary care that you are particularly passionate about, we would like to ensure that you can develop it with us.

You always have the patient in focus. You can prioritize between different tasks, have a good attitude, and a professional approach.
