We are looking for a dedicated diabetes nurse to Sala Health Center – is that you?

We are currently seeking a diabetes nurse who wants to be part of our wonderful team at Sala Health Center. Here you will meet a welcoming group of about 30 colleagues who together care for our 9,700 registered patients. We are a workplace that prioritizes patient safety, high quality, and not least – well-being!

About you

You are a licensed district nurse or nurse with further education in diabetes and have experience working in primary care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with patients and feels confident in independently assessing and solving various issues. As a person, you are flexible, engaged, and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate while also enjoying working independently and taking your own initiatives. With your attentiveness and focus on the patient's best interests, you contribute to the high quality and safety that we value highly.

Additionally, the position also involves some telephone advice, reception work, digital triage, and counseling via our chat function.

Employment conditions

• The position is a permanent full-time employment, we apply a six-month probationary period
• Working hours during weekdays
• Start date according to agreement
