As a service leader at CERTEGO, you will have significant responsibility in a stimulating role where you lead and develop your team.

In the role of service leader, you act as the spider in the web between the customer, our project managers, and our security technicians. You plan and organize the daily work of the security technicians in the most time-efficient way possible to meet customer needs. An important part of the job is to be present where the action is. You will also travel out to meet our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for leading and distributing work for your team of security technicians
• Ensuring established work routines are followed
• Proactive handling of service orders as well as responsibility for purchasing and invoicing
• Promote long-term customer relationships and relationship building
• Coach and support employees
• Implement goals and guidelines with a clear connection to the company's overall objectives

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed secondary education and has several years of experience in a leadership role. You have very good computer skills and are a proficient user of Excel. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You hold a B driver's license.

As a person, you are a communicative, unpretentious, and meticulous relationship builder. You are goal-oriented and have a natural ability to follow up on results and deliver within set frameworks. You thrive in an environment where the customer is the focus. You are an inspiring and trustworthy leader and have the ability to create trust at all levels of the organization.

As your assignments may become security classified, Swedish citizenship and a clean police record are required.
