Job Responsibilities

As a social worker in Vilhelmina municipality, you will handle a wide variety of cases.

From supporting children and families in difficult situations to helping individuals find the right resources for their situation. You will manage both child and adult cases based on SoL, LVU, and LVM. You will work closely with our residents to create a safe and inclusive environment for all.

Qualifications

• Degree in social work or education in accordance with the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations for work with children (SOSFs 2014:7).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills and an empathetic approach.
• Ability to handle different types of cases with professionalism and respect.
• You are interested in working evidence-based and have the ability to apply and share your knowledge.

Experience in public authority work and social work is an advantage.

We also want you to be stable, self-aware, and confident in yourself. You have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A driver's license is a requirement to work with us. We place great importance on personal suitability.

About Vilhelmina
