Are you passionate about sales, knowledgeable about beauty products, and want to be part of our wonderful team on board?

As a shop salesperson, you play an important role in the customer journey. You actively work with sales through personal service, recommend products in makeup, skincare, and perfume, front goods, conduct campaigns, and more. The position also includes work in other shops on board.

We are looking for both employees who want to work with a fixed summer schedule, working about 8–10 days on board followed by an equal length of paid leave, and employees who want to work more flexibly, as substitutes/extras as needed. As a substitute, you will instead make yourself available in our personnel system based on your preferences and availability to then be booked for shifts based on the needs of the business.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English.
• Is service-oriented, engaged, and positive.
• Has experience in sales, service, and cash handling.
• Has a strong interest in beauty products.
• Relevant education, such as a makeup artist or skincare therapist, and knowledge of Finnish is a plus.

Whether you have worked at sea before or not, we offer a chance to grow and develop together with us. The first step in your journey will be a four-day onboarding on board to familiarize yourself with the work environment, the ship, and the team.

Once you start working on board, you will be part of the safety organization. Therefore, it is important that you have good physical fitness as well as good knowledge of Swedish, which is the safety language on board, and good knowledge of English. To work on board, you also need citizenship in an EU/EES country, a valid medical certificate for seafarers, and a passport. Background checks are conducted as part of the recruitment process, and alcohol and drug tests may occur according to our safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment on board.

We offer extra and seasonal work during 2026, which can also lead to long-term substitutes. Selection, interviews, and onboarding periods take place continuously during the spring. Salary according to collective agreement.
