At Medpro Clinic Lilla Edet, around 40 people work closely together, and we have over 8000 registered patients. We are an experienced team that creates a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both patients and employees. Together, we develop our health center, rehabilitation center, pediatric care, and services for Young People's Mental Health.

As a pediatric nurse with us, you will work from a holistic perspective with the child's health in focus. We offer a workplace with short decision-making paths where you have the opportunity to develop and influence your work.

About the position

The position involves standard duties for a pediatric nurse or district nurse at the pediatric care center, including

• Consultation work at the pediatric care center within the framework of the National Guidelines and the National Program for Child Health Care

• Parental support

• Vaccination counseling

• Interprofessional team meetings at the pediatric care center, health center, and with external partners

In addition, the entire Medpro Clinic's pediatric team works together to continuously develop our operations. As an employee, you are an important part of this work. Our work model is based on teamwork both within the profession and interprofessionally.

The position also involves participating in the health center's other work, such as nurse consultations, vaccinations, and telephone counseling.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a district nurse or pediatric nurse, preferably with a few years of experience working in pediatric care.

You enjoy working both independently and in a team. You feel secure and comfortable in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a positive work environment. You have a professional attitude and a good approach towards both colleagues and patients and their relatives.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and the ability to fit into the team.

Scope: Full-time

Employment type: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probationary period
