About the Job

Are you the one who makes it possible to stay at home? We are investing in home care, in the working environment of our employees, and in our care recipients, and we are expanding with three nursing assistants to Torpavallsgatan South home care.

The investment is part of the introduction of a fixed care contact. We share premises with three other home care units.

Working in elderly care gives you the opportunity to contribute to joy and well-being. The goal is for care recipients to have meaningful days, where you provide good care and social support. You will have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we are here for. Our operations run every day, which means that working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

Working in home care means that you support and assist the care recipient in their own home based on approved services. You will travel to the individual's home on foot, by bicycle, or by car. Your work includes practical help with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. You will also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from a nurse. All documentation is done digitally.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life.

About You

Requirements:

• We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, and you can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate of protected professional title
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills (IT knowledge)
• You have experience with bicycles and can use an e-bike in your work

Meritorious but not a requirement:

• Experience from care and support work, preferably within home care
• Experience in social documentation and reception representative role
• B driver's license and driving experience
