With us, you will meet people with various healthcare needs. Your tasks will include assessing, planning, and structuring work for individual patients and their relatives based on a person-centered approach. You will follow up and document according to current legislation and our quality registers. As a nurse, you will work independently and have patient responsibility. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues such as nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation teams, and doctors. You will also collaborate with the unit manager for care staff at the care and nursing home.

We operate from shared premises at FO Petersons gata 9, in Högsbo, where other home healthcare teams are located. This creates a larger context where we support each other and share our expertise. The working method promotes a lower and more even workload, where we help each other and prioritize our tasks together. You will start your workday with the entire work group, perform your patient visits at the facility, and then finish your shift at our shared office. This will provide you with better structure in your work and give you more time for planning and administration as well as closer contact with your manager.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with experience in municipal health and medical care. It is an advantage if you have relevant further education for the patient group. The position requires a B driver's license, and evening and weekend work is included.

But you also have the ability to work independently, prioritize, and make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment.
