The Care and Support Administration, with approximately 1500 employees, is one of the administrations in the city of Mölndal and encompasses elderly care, support for people with disabilities, and health care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The city of Mölndal is looking for you, a nurse, for a job as a substitute within care and support. With us, you will have a meaningful assignment with variation. In your role as a substitute nurse, you will have a flexible job where you can influence how much you are available for work. There is the possibility to work at different times of the day, such as day, evening, weekend, and night. With us, you will work across the entire care and support sector, both in elderly care and support for people with disabilities. We offer you an introduction with individual shadowing.

In your role as a nurse, you will work based on the goals of the organization and be responsible for assessments and planning of care needs independently. You will work consultatively, health-promoting, and preventive, and contribute to collaboration around the individual patient. It is important for us to work person-centered and to see the patient and their relatives as an important resource. It is essential that you can create security and safety for the patient and deliver your services with quality.

In your work as a nurse, you will work independently but will also be part of a team with nursing assistants and caregivers.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. A B driver's license and very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form are required for the position. If you have experience working in municipal health care, it is considered an advantage. You also need a valid criminal record and basic digital skills.
