Job Description

The position involves being responsible for and developing the diabetes clinic at the health center in close collaboration with the rest of the team. The work is largely independent, meaning you should be able to make your own assessments and decisions. You will have the support of an interdisciplinary team, close collaboration with the responsible physician, regular quality rounds, and a network with other diabetes nurses in our organization.

The position also involves participating in the health center's other work such as telephone advice, reception work, and vaccinations.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse or district nurse with diabetes competence. We prefer that you have a few years of experience in primary care, and it is an advantage if you have previously had your own diabetes clinic.

We believe that you are an engaged person who has a desire to develop yourself and our business. You feel secure and enjoy your professional role and contribute to a good working climate. Furthermore, we would like you to have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

Scope: Full-time or as agreed

Employment Type: Permanent employment, we apply a 6-month probation period
