This summer we are looking for you who want to work in elderly care, support for people with disabilities, LSS activities, or health and medical care.
Here, the paths are short, the relationships are close, and the work is truly meaningful. You will quickly notice that every effort you make matters for someone else's day.
When you work in care and support with us, you have both the time and space to help and support the person who needs you. In the job, you will meet people with different needs; by providing support and creating security, you make a difference. That’s why the steps here feel so light. Job Responsibilities
Working with us means contributing to a safe and meaningful everyday life for our users. Your tasks will vary depending on the users' needs, interests, and daily condition. Some of the tasks include:
- Personal care: Assisting with hygiene, meals, and daily chores.
- Social support: Taking a walk, painting nails, playing games, or participating in activities together with the users.
- Health interventions: Supporting medical or rehabilitative efforts depending on your role and competence.
You will take personal responsibility while being part of an engaged team with other summer workers and experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Are comfortable using digital technology in your work.
Specific requirements for certain positions:
- Driver's license: Required for work in the night patrol, several home care groups, and within support for people with disabilities.
- Support for people with disabilities: A police record extract is required.
- Health and medical care: HSL assistant: Experienced nursing assistant or student in the fourth or fifth semester of the nursing program with a driver's license.
- Nurse: Valid nursing license.

Here you will gain knowledge about the operations, routines, and guidelines, as well as the opportunity to meet your colleagues, managers, and other summer substitutes.
Training:
Transfer techniques, medication delegation (for relevant roles)
Guidance/introduction at the workplace:
You will shadow an experienced colleague who shows you the tasks and provides support in your role.

The working hours are scheduled for days/evenings and every other weekend.
