Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary according to the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a woman in her 40s living in Falkenberg
• shares the same interests as our client - gardening and animals
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• can work in a household with both a dog and a cat
• has a B driver's license and access to a car
• is non-smoker

It is also meritorious if you:

• can understand and make yourself understood in English, as travel may occur in the job

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is on-call as needed. Shifts may be distributed during day, evening, and night, including on-call.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
