Certified Nursing Assistant Needed for Night Shift at Ekbacka 4

Ekbacka 4 is a short-term care facility located in central Borgholm, currently seeking a certified nursing assistant for night shifts. At Ekbacka 4, we work person-centered with the individual's needs at the core, based on a rehabilitative approach. Collaboration and unit development are self-evident for us. The job includes performing delegated health and medical care tasks. We continuously work on quality improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary placement will be at Ekbacka 4 short-term care facility, but you may also have scheduled resource shifts supporting other units. You will work under a night contract with reduced working hours and set your desired schedule in Timecare Multiaccess.

As a nursing assistant at night, you will provide care and support to residents based on their individual needs, respond to safety alarms, and supervise. You will perform delegated health and medical care tasks from HSL and document the approved services for residents continuously.

Working hours are from 21:00 to 07:15.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and is a certified nursing assistant. You should have a professional attitude and a genuine interest in working with people. You should be able to work both independently and in a team, be curious, proactive, and see it as a given to contribute to a good work environment. We seek someone with good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks. Personal suitability is highly valued, including approachability, teamwork ability, and commitment. Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage.
