As a Pharmacist in Customer Service, Telephone & License, you will be part of a team of 17 colleagues who actively and passionately work to develop the business and strive to achieve our set goals. We contribute to creating more satisfied and healthier customers who receive their medications and pharmaceutical inquiries answered more quickly. 

Our workdays are characterized by both pace, variety, and team spirit. But above all, an ambition to provide a high level of service to our customers. We have a central location in Kalmar where we work in new premises with a view of rooftops and Kalmar Castle. 

Our customer service is open weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You will report to Team Leader, KS Carina Wildhammar. 

Our Pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for all our customers. 

• Professionally and credibly receive medication orders and answer calls from our customers incoming via telephone. 

• Through engagement and customer focus, contribute to a positive experience in every customer interaction. 

• To some extent, prepare orders for licensed medications and perform license applications to the Medical Products Agency. 

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together. 

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. We see that you are interested in service, with a clear focus on customer care. You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and the ability to meet our customers in a communicative and responsible manner.

• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team. 

• You have good communication skills which means you listen actively and can adapt to the recipient's needs and circumstances. 

• You are confident and solution-focused in everyday life where you both see and act on challenges that arise.

• You have good computer skills.
