We are looking for an experienced dentist who wants to take over and continue developing a well-functioning practice.

The clinic has a stable patient base and an experienced team consisting of two dentists, one dental hygienist, and three dental assistants.

About the clinic:

• Central location on the ground floor
• Space: 116 sqm
• Three modern treatment rooms
• Good ancillary facilities with sterilization, reception, and waiting room
• Warm and inviting atmosphere

Treatment focus:

• Prosthetics with partial and full dentures as well as crowns & bridges
• Implant treatments (Astra system)

As a co-owner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the practice. You will have access to a network of specialists within Praktikertjänst in various areas such as security, law, HR, property, administration, finance, IT and telecommunications, quality, communication, purchasing, pensions, and environment. As part of the role, you will be responsible for the business's results, which means you will create a budget and be accountable for the financial outcome.

Job responsibilities

• You lead and distribute work among the staff
• You work clinically as a dentist
• Personnel responsibility, goal setting, development dialogues, and salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Ensure that staff have adequate knowledge and work on competence development
• Responsibility for the work environment

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3-5 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Personal qualities

We are looking for a qualified dentist. You are a confident person who wants to work with different patient groups and are well-versed in diagnostics and treatment planning. You are a skilled clinician who sees it as a given to combine quality dental care with good patient interaction. You also enjoy leading others.

You are someone who sees it as a given to have a strong commitment to both your patients and the development of the practice. We believe you are curious about new solutions and opportunities. As a person, you are communicative, calm, balanced, and trustworthy in meetings with patients and colleagues.
