Your role with us

You have an important medical role internally and on behalf of our clients, where you work with:

  • Statutory examinations and medical controls in various areas.
  • Work-life-oriented rehabilitation measures such as work ability assessments and support in sick leave processes.
  • Health-promoting initiatives, such as lectures and advice for management groups.
  • Work environment surveys and consultation.

We are looking for you who are

  • A specialist doctor in Occupational Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Occupational Health Care, or Professional and Environmental Medicine. We are also open to those with other specialties (e.g., general medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, rehabilitation) who are genuinely curious about the connection between work and health.
  • Comfortable with and interested in working with digital tools.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Other

The position is a permanent employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The degree of employment and start date will be agreed upon.

The majority of the work is located in Kalmar with at least one day/week in Oskarshamn. The position involves travel to units and clients in the local area, which means you must have a B driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
