JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks you may perform for our clients include;

• Assisting with getting up and going to bed, as well as dressing and undressing.
• Personal hygiene and care.
• Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and serving food.
• Social interaction, such as conversations and companionship, walks, assistance with hobbies, group activities, or other activities.
• Accompaniment, which may include visits to a healthcare center or hairdresser.

Support and assistance are needed around the clock, which means you can work days, evenings, or nights on both weekdays and weekends.

In some assignments, you will cycle or drive a car.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You must be of legal age.
• Education in care and support is highly meritorious, and we view positively if you have previously worked in the healthcare profession.
• You should be responsible, self-driven, and have an easy time collaborating with others.
• We value a genuine interest in people and a good sense of service. You should always have the customer's needs in focus.
• You have good computer and phone skills, as these are required to perform tasks and documentation in our apps and IT systems.
• We want you to have a good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• Work in the rural groups North and South requires a B driver's license, so it is advantageous if you have a B driver's license with permission for a manual transmission.

We request a criminal record extract from the police for all candidates who may be considered for employment.
