The municipality is organized into an administration with four sectors. The Social Services sector includes four operations: special housing/municipal health and medical care, individual and family care, ordinary housing/personal assistance, and disability services.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will be challenged with creative and fun tasks. It is a flexible and varied job where you meet care recipients with different care needs and support measures. You put the care recipient at the center and work to achieve the best possible interaction. An important part of the job is to create quality of life in everyday life for the individual and to consider each person's conditions and needs.

As a nursing assistant, you perform all tasks that occur within the operation, in close collaboration with other professional groups such as rehabilitation staff and nurses. The work includes performing health and medical care tasks by delegation.

You will have the opportunity to develop, work with wonderful colleagues, and present managers in a pleasant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying should be a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent education that the employer assesses as comparable. For employment as a nursing assistant, a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to use the professional title nursing assistant.

You should also:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a driver's license
• Master the Swedish language in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Previous experience of working in care and support
• Care and support program at the high school level, or other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent
