JOB DESCRIPTION
We are now looking for a nurse for temporary employment in the municipal primary care.
As a substitute nurse, you will work within one of our operational areas: ordinary housing, special housing, short-term unit, or LSS/Psychiatry. We operate around the clock, with shifts distributed across days, evenings, weekends, and nights. During the day, you will be based in one of the operational areas. During on-call hours, that is, evenings and weekends, nurses work across all areas of municipal primary care, providing a varied and challenging workplace.
With us, we work from a person-centered approach where we consider each patient's individual needs based on the individual's circumstances. Close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation, unit managers, and nursing assistants is a significant part of the work.
It is a flexible and varied job where you meet patients with different care needs and support measures. You will be challenged with creative and varied tasks where you put the individual at the center and consider each person's needs and circumstances.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse; experience in municipal primary care is an advantage.
We expect you to have a positive attitude towards development and quality work. You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and executing your interventions. We would like you to be flexible and able to work across operational areas to best meet the needs of the organization.
As a person, you are solution-focused and attentive, sharing your expertise. You find it easy to collaborate and are unpretentious.
You are motivated by a varied job and have the ability to create a team spirit with your colleagues where you work towards common goals and complement each other.
Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
