We are currently looking for a nurse at Nytida Sorbus for our SoL residence in Skene. The position is a summer temporary position with daytime employment on weekdays and some on-call duties in the evening, night, and weekend.

About Nytida Sorbus

Nytida Sorbus's target group consists of individuals with Huntington's disease and younger individuals with cognitive impairment. The facility is located close to nature and has good access to public transport. You will be part of a small team with close collaboration among different professions. The team includes a group leader and a manager. The facility also has its own nurses who work irregular hours.

As a nurse, you will be responsible for the HSL part of our operations as needs arise. You will be on-call at home and perform active work at the residence as needed. This means you will work with and care for our clients' physical and mental well-being, medication management, and other tasks included in the on-call work.

We actively work to change the perception of mental disabilities by always focusing on individual needs and wishes. As a nurse, you play an important role in this work. Our goal is to help provide each person with the individual tools and strategies they need to live a meaningful life.

Your experience and knowledge

You are a licensed nurse with experience and knowledge of individuals with both somatic and psychiatric issues.

We consider it an advantage if you have further education in psychiatry and/or experience in similar work.

Additionally, you have good computer skills and strong proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
