The Health and Medical Care area consists of community rehabilitation, the nursing unit, and the Safe Homecoming and planning team. The nursing unit consists of all nurses and a few nursing assistants who work according to the HSL (Health and Medical Services Act) within the Health and Care Administration in Enköping Municipality. As a nurse, you are employed in Health and Medical Care but are placed in Special Housing, home care in ordinary housing, LSS, Social Psychiatry, and/or emergency services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to work in home care, a job where clinical competence is combined with independence and personal meetings. If you have experience of independent work and enjoy making your own decisions, prioritizing, and seeing the whole picture around the patient, you are likely the one we are looking for.

In this role, you will be responsible for medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups in the patient's home environment, in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals.

Home care offers a varied job with great personal responsibility, where you truly have the opportunity to work person-centered and long-term.

QUALIFICATIONS

For this position, we are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Holds a B driver's license
• Preferably has experience in municipal health and medical care.

You adapt easily to changing circumstances. You see opportunities in changes and can quickly adjust your perspective and approach based on what the situation requires. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks. You structure and drive your work independently.

Furthermore, you collaborate well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner. You listen, communicate, and resolve collaboration difficulties or conflicts constructively.
