We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team at Gottsunda Health Center. We are seeking a nurse for hourly employment to work in our minor emergency unit, starting as agreed.

Your mission

In your role as a nurse with us, you will have a varied job. You will assess and assist patients in direct contact in our minor emergency unit. Working hours are from 16:00 to 19:00 or from 17:00 to 19:00.

You will closely collaborate with other professionals at the health center, such as district nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists. We actively work to improve patient flows through triage and booking for all professions, and you will be a natural part of this development work. If you also enjoy taking responsibility for smaller or larger improvement projects, that is a plus!

Your qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse with experience in primary care or emergency services. You are confident in your professional role and have experience in triage and sample collection.

As a person, you are good at planning, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively, and to be successful in the job, you need to be flexible in your working methods. The work requires good collaboration skills and you enjoy working in a team, but you should also have the ability to work independently. We place great importance on personal qualities.

About our organization

Gottsunda Health Center is part of the Near Care and Health administration and is located in newly built premises in Gottsunda center, in the southwestern part of Uppsala. We have approximately 14,000 registered patients and about 70 employees. Our operations are broad, and all professional areas within the health center's mission are represented; general practitioner clinic, nursing home, child health clinic, maternity clinic, family center, and youth clinic. Many of our patients come from other countries and cultures, which we believe makes the work with us particularly varied and interesting. The health center values accessibility, long-term commitment, and continuity. We have good collaboration between professions and help each other in everyday tasks, big and small.
