Our Operations

The Oncology section within the field of blood and tumor diseases provides highly specialized care, investigation, and treatment. The section conducts training for several different professional groups and research on tumor diseases and new treatments. At the oncology clinic, there is a very competent and dedicated team that cares for both each other and our patients. You will come to a fun, exciting, and developing workplace where we constantly follow the expansive development in oncology.

Your Mission

As a contact nurse with us, you are the patient's fixed care contact and a central part of cancer care for patients with tumors in the CNS, lungs, and head and neck areas. In this role, you are responsible for providing continuous information, nursing advice, and support to patients and relatives throughout the care process. You coordinate care contacts, follow the patient's care plan, and participate in multidisciplinary teams, focusing on participation, safety, and good accessibility.

We have our own contact nurse clinic where you independently plan, follow up, and develop nursing based on the patient's individual needs. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other professionals and is characterized by teamwork, commitment, and a good working climate with the patient at the center.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in oncology or contact nurse training.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently but also as part of the team around the patient. You are also expected to be engaged in our cancer care and participate in relevant training for the position.

We Offer

We offer a temporary position from 260501 – 270831 with the possibility of extension. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. You will also have the opportunity to work remotely.
