Fortuna Onnela is a lifestyle residence focusing on outdoor activities and gardens. Our facility is located in Sävja, close to forests and nature, and offers a large garden that inspires activity and relaxation. We have a newly built sunroom directly connected to our sauna and relaxation area. One of our four departments has a Finnish orientation, which means we celebrate both Swedish and Finnish holidays throughout the year.

We have good communication with a bus stop right next to us and parking available for those who drive.

• Employment type: Permanent, 80–100%

• Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime (not on public holidays)

• Start date: By agreement

• Desirable: Further education in elderly care

• Is a licensed nurse, preferably with professional experience and an interest in elderly care.

• Is responsible, independent, and humble, with a good ability to prioritize.

• Enjoys mentoring and delegating to care staff.

• Is motivated to create high-quality care together with colleagues.

With us, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans and handle acute situations. You will be responsible for good palliative care and have the opportunity to work with diverse and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have support from competent colleagues in our nursing network.
