We are now looking for a Project Manager for our client.

Assignment Description

Our client is facing a comprehensive modernization of their technical platforms. We want to meet our employees' needs for smarter system support – while also living up to our customers' high expectations. We are now looking for a driven and experienced technical project manager for a supply chain project within a larger program.

Your Assignment

You will be responsible for driving the technical work forward in close collaboration with product owners, lead project managers, solution architects, and external system suppliers. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the technical deliveries and act as a bridge between the business needs, solution architecture, and the external development team's work.

The main focus of the project is to build and establish integrations with several surrounding systems, and therefore a large part of your assignment will be to drive integration work forward, resolve technical dependencies, and facilitate technical working meetings with architects, business, and suppliers participating.

The project started in the spring and is now in a phase where much has been done, but where intensive work remains before the pilot start and subsequent rollout.

Your Main Tasks

• Drive and coordinate technical deliveries with a strong focus on integration development
• Facilitate technical working meetings with suppliers and internal roles
• Support and facilitate the team's agile working methods in the role of scrum master, including sprint planning, follow-up, and daily progress
• Ensure technical preparations and incident management before pilot and rollout
• Ensure documentation before handover to operations and management

Mandatory Requirements

• You have experience in technical project management within system development and implementation projects
• You are used to working with external suppliers and driving work in a collaborative manner
• You have a good understanding of integration work and system dependencies
• You have experience with agile methods, preferably in the role of scrum master, and can pragmatically combine agile methods with traditional approaches
• You are structured, self-driven, solution-oriented, and have good communication skills
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Desirable

• Experience in logistics and supply chain systems
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma
• Experience with Kafka as part of integration architecture
• Workshop facilitation
