About the Job

I am a 40-year-old man with developmental disabilities, epilepsy, and physical disabilities. I need assistance with everything in my daily life to live a good life. I live in a ground-floor apartment in a quiet area near the center of Örkelljunga. I would like to go out for wheelchair rounds and practice walking with my walker. Three days a week, I attend a daily activity program where my personal assistant accompanies me. I enjoy singing and music and ride once a week.

I am now looking for a substitute who can work as needed. I place great importance on personal suitability. Education and experience are advantageous.

You who are applying should:

Have great patience and a positive outlook on life.

Be able to interpret my signals and assist me well even though I do not have the ability to communicate what I want and need.

Be easy to collaborate with my other assistants.

Be smoke-free.

Not be allergic to horses.

Be calm and responsible.

Be independent and able to work alone with me.

Be able to work day and night.

Be physically strong.

Be able to help me with all household tasks such as cleaning and cooking.

Enjoy being outdoors regardless of the weather.
