Part-time substitutes wanted for LSS operations

We are now looking for new part-time substitutes for our LSS operations: group homes, service homes, daily activities, or short-term units for children and young people.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In a group and service housing, we provide support to adults who need supervision and care. Our homes consist of a small number of apartments with access to common areas. Staff support the user's entire support needs, including leisure and cultural interests. Care tasks occur. The homes are staffed around the clock.

In daily activities, we provide support to adults to have meaningful employment, a place where users go to work. This operation is open on weekdays during the day.

In short-term supervision and short-term stays, children and young people come to have the opportunity for a change of environment and recreation and to provide relief for relatives. We have children and young people who are there during the day but also those who stay overnight. The operation is open day, evening, and night.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has a high school education. You may be studying social work and want to try the practical side; if so, you are welcome to apply to us. If you are curious about trying to work in LSS operations, you are welcome to apply to us.

It is advantageous if you have studied nursing programs, child and leisure studies, or other education in the field of disabilities.

You must be computer literate and able to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

If you have a B driver's license, it is an advantage.

OTHER

Working hours vary depending on placement. Day, evening, night, weekend, and on-call duty.
